QED launches the latest version of it's Touch Screen system for Meeting, Conference and Training Rooms called Meeting Monitor.

QED Advanced Systems will be demonstrating the latest version of it's innovative Room and Resource Touch Screen system for Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms and Training Centers.

The system links directly to bookings made in either Microsoft Outlook or IBM Lotus Notes and within seconds the screens automatically display the latest information.

The latest version has features that include fully interactive multi-zone floor plans, smart card sign-on at screen and a dual English/Arabic display option with the content dynamically linked to a standard Microsoft Outlook meeting reservation.

With screen options from 8" room screens up to very large multi-room kiosks the system provides the most flexible and customisable digital sign system available in the market today for optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of workplace rooms.
